Why Skills4Good? 

At embedded HR, we are passionate about supporting for-purpose organisations. We know that resourcing in this sector can often be limited and that organisations would benefit from an extra pair of hands in the form of skilled professionals contributing their expertise. 
Normally, these types of experienced workers are hard to connect with or fall outside your budget. Our aim is to connect these individuals with your organisation, bringing experience to you that will make a difference to what you can achieve.  

How It Works

  1. To get started, simply let us know you’re interested by filling out our application form below, with details about your organisation, who you are, and the ideal experience you need. 

  2. We’ll review this information then, after a quick getting-to-know-you call from we'll look through our pool of candidates to see if we can find a match.

  3. If a suitable match is found, we'll introduce you and help create a connection.

Note: It’s important to note, that this program does not replace a traditional recruitment process; we will not be actively seeking out candidates for your organisation to fill vacancies. However, if we find a match within our existing database, we will make an introduction that is mutually beneficial.

*Should the opportunity turn into an offer of paid employment, a placement fee will be charged by embedded HR (see T&Cs in the agreement). 

  • This is not a recruitment service; all work is on a volunteer (unpaid) basis until otherwise arranged.

  • The task/ project submitted by the organisation should not replace an existing paid role, it is a “nice to have”, rather than a necessity. 

  • Both parties will need to sign an agreement, and neither party is contractually obligated in any way to a) continue volunteering, or b) offer paid employment.
